Offer and contract
All prices on our website are stated in euros and include VAT, unless indicated otherwise.
A contract is formed once you have completed the order process and we have confirmed your order.
If an incorrect price appears on our website due to an obvious error, we may correct that error before dispatch. If the order would then be fulfilled at a different price, we will contact you about this.
Products
Balldock sells stainless-steel wall fittings.
Due to differences in screens, photography and lighting conditions, the colour or finish of a product in photos may differ slightly from the actual product.
Always check the dimensions and specifications on the relevant product page before ordering.
Installation of the product is your own responsibility, unless otherwise agreed with you in writing.
Payment
You pay for your order at checkout using the payment methods offered by Shopify at that time.
We ship your order after payment has been received.

If your order is delayed, we will inform you as soon as we are aware of this.
Warranty and legal conformity

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for other damage is limited to the invoice amount of the order to which the damage relates.

All photos, texts and other content on our website, as well as the name Balldock, are ours or are used with permission.
It is not permitted to copy this content or use it commercially without our prior written consent.
Applicable law and complaints
Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions and to contracts with Balldock.
If you are a consumer in another EU country, you also retain the protection of the mandatory consumer rules that apply in your country of residence.
