BALLDOCK ships stainless-steel wall products from the Netherlands. At checkout you will see the shipping costs and expected delivery time before you pay for your order.
Delivery area
We deliver throughout the Netherlands. We also ship to other EU countries when those countries are available as a shipping option at checkout. If your country is not listed, we unfortunately cannot deliver there.
Shipping costs and delivery time
- Shipping costs are calculated automatically in your cart and depend on the destination and the size of the package.
- As an indication, processing takes 2–5 working days after payment, unless a different period is stated on the product page.
- After dispatch, delivery time depends on the carrier. Delivery to remote areas and islands may take a little longer.
Address and receipt
Please provide a complete and easily reachable delivery address. For consumers within the EU, the risk in the parcel generally passes, under applicable consumer law, at the moment you or someone you have appointed receives the parcel.
Damage in transit
Please check your order on arrival. If there is visible damage that appears to have occurred during transport, report this within 48 hours via info@balldock.com. Include clear photos of both the packaging and the damaged product. This allows us to help you as quickly as possible.
Customs and extra costs
Consumer orders within the EU are shipped including VAT when we are required to charge that VAT. Any import duties or other extra costs that fall outside this regime are shown before payment or indicated as “may apply”.
Pick up in Barneveld
You can collect your order by appointment. Once your order is ready, you will receive a message to schedule a pickup.
